Guida & Jiménez was originally founded in October 1949 as a sole proprietorship by Angelo Guida. The firm operated as a partnership until 1982 when the firm was incorporated as Angelo Guida & Company, P.A. On January 1, 1992 the firms of Angelo Guida & Company, P.A. and James A. Jiménez, C.P.A., P.A. merged to form Guida & Jiménez, P.A.
